By accessing this website and booking with Safarmitra, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
2. Bookings & payments
A booking is confirmed once we receive the required advance payment. The balance must be paid before the travel date as specified in your booking confirmation. Prices are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed.
3. Travel documents
You are responsible for carrying valid identification and any required permits or documents. Safarmitra will assist with permits where applicable but is not liable for denied entry due to missing documents.
4. Changes & itinerary
Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, availability or circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to provide an equivalent or superior alternative.
5. Liability
Safarmitra acts as an intermediary between you and service providers. We are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes or third-party actions.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
