Cancellation Policy

1. How to cancel

To cancel a confirmed booking, email us at hello@safarmitra.com or call our support line with your booking reference. Cancellation takes effect from the time we receive your written request.

2. Cancellation charges

30+ days before departure: 10% of the tour cost.

15–29 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost.

7–14 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost.

Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost.

3. No-shows

Failure to arrive for your tour without prior notice is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by Safarmitra

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of amounts paid to us.
